Quality Assurance Analyst IV

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst IV to join our team at A-Line Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated test scripts using Typescript and Playwright
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools
  • Provide training and support to junior testers on automation best practices
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation
  • Proficiency in JavaScript ES6/TypeScript and Cucumber BDD testing framework
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GIT, GitLab, and Docker
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and testing methodologies
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning CRM and contact center services applications
  • Knowledge of SOQL or SQL language and ability to write complex queries
  • Experience with automated test-driven development (ATDD), test-driven development (TDD), or behavior-driven development (BDD)
