Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician at JC South LLC, you will be responsible for installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, and control equipment. You will also train apprentices on the job and provide bids for work orders. If you have a can-do attitude and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to industry standards.
  • Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine electrical requirements and materials needed for each project.
  • Install new electrical systems and repair existing ones, ensuring they meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Provide accurate and competitive bids for work orders, considering factors such as material costs and labor requirements.
  • Interact with customers, suppliers, and other professionals to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Electrician License, valid in the state where you will be working.
  • Previous experience as an Electrician is preferred, but not required.
  • A valid Driver's License, as you may need to travel to different job sites.
  • The ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects, as physical demands are part of this role.
  • A strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements, essential for accurately bidding and completing projects.
  • A professional appearance and courteous personality, as you will be interacting with clients and colleagues.
