About the Role:
The Behavioral Health Therapist Clin Lic will facilitate, monitor, and provide comprehensive mental health/chemical dependency case management and therapy services to addicted and/or severely mentally ill adults or seriously emotionally disturbed children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with others in a team setting to provide comprehensive mental health services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve client and family functioning
- Provide effective and efficient mental health interventions, including individual, family, and group therapies, and crisis intervention
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to plan, facilitate, and coordinate treatment
- Identify client needs and provide links to other treatment programs, community resources, services, and entitlements
- Develop and implement effective treatment discharge plans
- Provide services in homes, schools, or other community-based sites
- Actively involved in service line quality improvement efforts
- Provide psychological first aid in response to a disaster or critical incident, if trained to do so
Requirements:
- LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC in the State of Indiana required
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field required
- 2+ years of experience providing mental health treatment required
- Possess current Indiana Driver's license with proof of current auto insurance
- Recognizes and commits to critical importance of customer satisfaction
