About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at Page Southerland Page, Inc. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing electrical systems for a wide range of projects, including mission-critical facilities, laboratories, healthcare facilities, advanced manufacturing facilities, utility plants, and corporate commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design electrical systems, including power distribution, power generation, energy storage, lighting, and fire alarm systems, for various project types.
  • Produce designs that meet engineering requirements and ensure complete documentation of engineering requirements.
  • Prepare and adhere to budgeted hours for projects and perform or oversee load calculations.
  • Develop system applications, equipment sizing and calculations, and coordinate designs with architecture and other engineering disciplines.
  • Maintain project files and calculations for assigned projects and ensure quality and completeness of the engineering design.
  • Perform and/or supervise on-site condition surveys, assess project staffing needs, and monitor conformance to project scope.
  • Prepare technical reports, participate in client meetings regarding engineering systems, and mentor staff and provide supervision to other engineering team members on a project.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Registered Professional Engineer or the ability to sit for the exam within 12 months.
  • 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of appropriate codes and technologies.
  • Proficient in the use of engineering design and documentation tools.
  • Professional knowledge of a broad range of electrical engineering concepts, principles, and practices and familiarity with other engineering disciplines and architecture.
  • Knowledge of advanced engineering principles and calculations.
  • Effective communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $150,000, depending on experience, education, and skillset.
