Automotive Sales Representative

Serpentini Chevrolet of Tallmadge is seeking a sales professional to join our team. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the sales process to make a purchase.

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

• Greet and guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Build rapport and trust with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase our inventory.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and warranties.
• Work with customers to determine their purchasing options and negotiate deals.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required. Automotive sales experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
