Job Overview

As a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, you will be an integral part of the Retail Team at T-Mobile, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. Your primary focus will be on creating energy and excitement around our products and services, while providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  • Consistently leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process, identifying customer needs and using solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources, ensuring you are Customer Ready at all times.
  • Partner with nearby store locations to properly onboard customers, performing skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures, and carrying keys to the kiosk cabinets.
  • Be customer-obsessed, passionate, friendly, and engaging with customers, building rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction, and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Required)
  • Customer Satisfaction: Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers (Required)
  • Team Building: Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team, willing to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices (Required)
  • Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
