Cybersecurity Lead

G&W Electric Company is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide information security policies, strategies, and architectures.

• Develop and Implement Security Policies: Create and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to protect corporate data and information technology assets.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Incident Response: Coordinate responses to security incidents and breaches, ensuring timely and effective mitigation.
• Security Awareness: Develop and implement employee security awareness programs to educate staff on cybersecurity best practices.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years of IT security experience, with 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Certifications: Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, and/or SSCP.
• Skills: Advanced knowledge of security tools and controls, strategic planning, budget management, and project management.
