This role is dedicated to providing prompt, courteous, and comprehensive support to both current and prospective members through various communication channels.

Ideal candidates will feel at ease recommending Credit Union products and services that enhance the financial well-being of members while cultivating enduring relationships with the Credit Union.

This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office attendance at our Headquarters three times per week.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit professional and well-developed written and verbal communication skills essential for effective interaction with members and colleagues.
  • Skillfully gather member information to strengthen relationships.
  • Utilize sound judgment to address daily challenges while adhering to established guidelines.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of two years of combined experience in at least two of the following areas: public contact/member service, call center operations, financial services, or sales.

Demonstrated knowledge of member self-service tools is essential.

Basic mathematical skills are required, including the ability to perform calculations related to interest, pay-offs, dividends, and certificate penalties.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
