Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at the Romanoff Group. As a key member of our logistics and distribution team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Romanoff Group in a professional and safe manner at all times.
  • Deliver a wide variety of items to different locations and construction sites throughout the region.
  • Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Load, unload, prepare, sort, and organize materials, tools, and other items as needed.
  • Perform general facility and grounds maintenance and upkeep to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Valid driving record with no traffic violations.
  • Must be 21 years of age and possess one year of driving experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment, including forklifts and box trucks.
  • Must adhere to company screening processes.
Physical Demands
  • Able to sit, stand, walk, feel, hear, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
  • Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to utilize close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and adjust and focus.
