Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination vehicle to transport goods and materials across the country
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials, meeting customer expectations and deadlines
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition and reporting any issues to the maintenance department
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including hours of service, safety protocols, and cargo securement
Requirements
  • Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement
  • At least 9 months of verifiable experience in a tractor-trailer or comparable vehicle
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
