Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a PRN SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of our residents through therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents with communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
  • Plan and conduct rehabilitative treatment programs to improve patient outcomes.
  • Administer and interpret specialized speech tests, and instruct residents, families, and caregivers on safe swallowing techniques and diet recommendations.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and family education sessions to relay clinical findings and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License.
