Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Oakwood Springs. As an Evening Outpatient Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing psychotherapy and counseling services to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Work closely with the team to achieve positive patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure
  • State licensure per state requirements
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment
  • Experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
