Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-organized and enthusiastic individual to join our prestigious, award-winning property management team as a Maintenance Technician II at our luxury apartment community RiverHouse 9 & 11, Weehawken, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair problems with major appliances, HVAC, basic to intermediate plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Perform general carpentry, sheet rock, and pool care tasks as required.
  • Deal well with people, provide excellent customer service, and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, with a valid driver's license and insurance.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or 2 years of experience in the field.
  • EPA certifications for refrigerant recycling and Type I & II certifications.
  • Valid Driver's License and insurance.
  • Black Seal and CPO certifications as required by property.
