Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan
  • Comply with all plant safety and work rules to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Operate Genie Boom and Scissors Lifts safely and efficiently
  • Work productively without direct supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks and projects
  • Maintain and administer parts supply systems and PM systems to ensure efficient inventory management
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve quality, safety, and productivity goals
  • Participate in training classes and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Formal education in a maintenance discipline or equivalent experience
  • Ability to complete aptitude tests and assessments
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to supply own toolbox and tools
