As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing services, promoting a positive and supportive environment, and collaborating with our nursing supervisors to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide routine daily nursing services to assigned residents, prioritizing their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
- Assess residents for condition changes and report to nursing supervisors, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Deliver meals and perform feeding assistance, vital sign monitoring, and other essential care tasks.
- Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, promoting independence and dignity.
- Monitor incontinent residents, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Collaborate with nursing supervisors to develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.
- Current certification in good standing or ability to obtain certification within four months of employment, if allowable by the state.
- CPR certification.
- Competitive salary: $18.00 per hour based on experience and shift differentials.
