Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily tasks and activities under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
- Document patient status accurately and efficiently.
- Promote a positive and supportive team environment among healthcare professionals.
- Manage supplies and equipment in a cost-effective manner.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree in Human Services-Mental Health or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health or related healthcare.
- CPR certification (AHA BLS Provider) at hire and CPI certification within 90 days.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
