Job Summary

You will be responsible for providing basic and routine care for patients, documenting patient status, and promoting teamwork among healthcare professionals.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily tasks and activities under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
  • Document patient status accurately and efficiently.
  • Promote a positive and supportive team environment among healthcare professionals.
  • Manage supplies and equipment in a cost-effective manner.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree in Human Services-Mental Health or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health or related healthcare.
  • CPR certification (AHA BLS Provider) at hire and CPI certification within 90 days.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
