Job Title: Welder Fabricator Specialist

Job Summary:

Central Machines, Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for setting up, welding, and fabricating parts necessary to the construction of custom automation equipment/systems based on the design and drawings of the Engineering Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read, understand, and work from blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and welding of parts.
• Weld and fabricate parts as shown on prints, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete documentation as required, including maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Operate a saw for cutting material and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of welding and fabricating experience.
• High school diploma or GED, with a trade apprenticeship degree or similar level of competence.
