We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Transport EMT PRN to join our team at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital. As a Transport EMT PRN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and transportation services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Operate on the EMS Transport Services' Team, assisting Paramedics in rendering safe and effective treatment and transport of patients.
- Respond to EMS Call-Center requests, coordinate with other healthcare providers, and facilitate transport appropriately.
- Function within the free-standing Emergency Departments and the main Emergency Department, providing quality care to patients under the direction of a Paramedic or RN.
- Perform all duties identified in their job description, approved Medical Protocols, and departmental policy.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Valid Drivers License.
- EVOC-Emergency Vehicle Operations Course completion within 90 days of employment start date.
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) license required.
