We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Salary: $22-$27 per hour, based on experience

As an RBT at Cross River Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients of all ages, implementing individualized behavioral intervention programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Our treatment programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, and we strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment for families.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions
  • Implement skill acquisition programs using Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior Analysis techniques
  • Complete weekly program writing and maintain client program books
  • Collaborate with BCBA/BACB supervisors to implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients and their families
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance technical knowledge and skills
  • Other job duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs (preferred)

License/Certification: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
