Senior RN - Compassionate Care Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Willow Tree Care Center. As a Senior RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, working closely with our Director of Nursing to ensure the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, completing resident assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Supervise and mentor caregivers, med techs, and other employees to ensure they are providing the highest level of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience for our residents.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid, unrestricted RN license in the state.
  • Maintain CEU requirements.
  • Computer skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
