Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess installation techniques to guarantee compliance with project specifications.
2. Verify that all materials and equipment received align with contractual agreements.
3. Conduct pre-installation discussions with the safety team and project leads to ensure adherence to safety protocols and contract requirements.
4. Perform regular site evaluations, documenting any discrepancies and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
5. Manage all QA/QC documentation and maintain accurate records, including final QA/QC submissions.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, and additional tasks may be assigned based on the needs of the business unit.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Oracle is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively within a team.
- Professional interaction with all levels of staff, clients, and vendors is essential.
Travel Requirements:

The role involves a mix of office and fieldwork, with potential exposure to varying environmental conditions. Regular activities may include sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
