Responsibilities
  • Oversee the organization and daily operation of the laboratory, including quality control and compliance with CAP and CLIA regulations.
  • Supervise staff in their respective areas, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all laboratory procedures are performed in accordance with established protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance and patient care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of laboratory services.
Requirements
  • Recent supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.
  • ASCP or Equivalent certification preferred.
  • BA/AS in biological or chem science preferred.
  • High School Diploma Required.
  • 3 Years of lab-related experience preferred.
