We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team in Medical Surgical. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a diverse healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines to provide well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing required prior to hire date.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
