Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our OR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. They will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations. They will also be proficient in electronic medical records systems and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a current RN license by applicable state requirements and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) competency from either American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Additionally, you will need one year of RN experience in the Operating Room. Preferred qualifications include excellent communication skills, experience working in a team environment, and computer proficiency.

Work Environment

This full-time position requires 72 hours per pay period, with three 12-hour shifts per week. The schedule includes mid-shifts, days off TBD, and call requirements. Call rooms are available to reserve through security as needed, and call includes weeknight, weekend, and holiday assignments.

Compensation Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $104,000-$124,000, depending on experience and location.
