About the Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified Family Practice Physician to join our team on a locum tenens basis. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, treating a patient panel of all ages.
- Perform a variety of procedures, including IUD insertion, pap smears, and minor dermatological procedures.
- Handle both routine primary care and specialized women's health/OB cases.
Practice Setting
The practice is a well-established and respected healthcare organization with a team of Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Patient Service Representatives. The clinic is equipped with eClinicalWorks charting system.
Schedule
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for part-time availability. Family medicine phone call rotation only; no onsite or weekend call required.
Travel Accommodations
Reimbursement for mileage and provided lodging are available.
