Job Summary:

The Lobby/Public Space Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our public spaces, including the lobby, conference rooms, and restrooms. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public spaces, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Restock paper supplies and soaps in restrooms.
  • Empty trash and cigarette urns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to lift 15-25 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
