Pharmacy Director

• Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians
• Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance
• Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and improve performance
• Adapt to changing community healthcare needs and adjust plans accordingly

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization
• Submission of required information/documents to state PMP administrator
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

• Competitive pay range: $65.00 - $81.00 per hour
• Eligibility for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program
