About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Clinical Psychologist to join our clinical team in the Encinitas area. As a Clinical Psychologist with LifeStance Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to our mission of improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to patients
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures

- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution

- Experience with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing, and feedback sessions
