Job Summary: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service, address customer inquiries, and process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register. You will also contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, upholding Goodwill's standards.
Responsibilities:

- Assist customers on the sales floor and respond to customer requests
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
