Position Overview:
Responsible for engaging potential donors for plasma contributions utilizing various marketing strategies. Conduct preliminary evaluations of donors to determine their eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact prospective donors and assess their lab results for qualification (outbound communication)
  • Develop collaborations with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and community organizations to identify potential donors
  • Evaluate donors and collect essential information for eligibility assessment
  • Coordinate appointments for donors requiring further testing
  • Address inquiries from potential donors and assist them in understanding donation programs and processes
  • Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by management
  • Organize specimen/sample testing with both internal and external laboratories
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation
  • Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Effectively utilize social media platforms for donor outreach
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Clear communication with supervisors and upper management
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or GED is mandatory. Experience: Prior phone-based experience, ideally in a dynamic office setting or call center.
