Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide exceptional care in an outpatient environment. The role involves working with diverse patient demographics, including those recovering from surgeries, workplace injuries, neurological conditions, athletic injuries, balance issues, and vertigo.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, maintain a positive demeanor, and demonstrate a solid understanding of practice standards and recommendations.

We are accepting applications for both full-time and PRN positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement patient-centered treatment strategies based on preferences, expert insights, and the latest research to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans for each individual patient.

• Keep precise records of patient treatments and progress utilizing electronic medical records (EMR).

• Assist patients with mobility aids, such as walkers, canes, or wheelchairs.

• Provide mentorship, encouragement, and education to patients navigating significant life transitions, fostering a supportive atmosphere.

• Ensure the maintenance of all equipment and uphold a clean, safe working environment.
