We are seeking a caring and professional Concierge to join our team at GenCare Lifestyle @ Steel Lake in Federal Way. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a multi-line phone system and direct calls to residents and staff
