Automotive Paint Restoration Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Automotive Paint Restoration Specialist to join our team in Warner Robins, Georgia. As a key member of our paint preparation crew, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring every vehicle that leaves our lot is showroom-ready.

This is a hands-on position that requires manual dexterity, physical stamina, and attention to detail. You'll work closely with experienced technicians to perform tasks such as paint retouching, dent repair, and post-paint finishing.

• Perform paint retouching, waxing, and buffing to achieve a high-gloss finish
• Cary out dent repair, masking, sanding, and grinding to ensure sound bodywork
• Repair and replace small plastic and other parts to maintain the vehicle's integrity
• Follow and promote CarMax's high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in one or more of the following: masking, sanding, grinding, and applying paint
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• A strong customer focus and attention to detail
• Possession of a valid driver's license
