## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Private Duty LPN to join our team. As a Private Duty LPN, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

## Responsibilities

* Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, as prescribed by the physician
* Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities to provide the highest quality of patient care
* Work under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or designated supervisor
* Perform nursing activities within the scope of practice, as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing
* Document patient visits thoroughly and completely per regulatory and payer requirements
* Actively participate in the agency's care coordination process, including timely reporting patients' needs and changes in condition
* Ensure confidentiality of patient health information per agency policy

## Requirements

* Current LPN licensure in the state of Tennessee
* Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
* Current CPR certification
* Previous home care experience preferred
