About the Role

Gandara is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will provide psychotherapy and support to children, adults, and families in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, and individualized treatment plans in an electronic medical record
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools to coordinate care with community-based organizations and provide referrals as needed
  • Maintain 28 billable hours a week and participate in individual and group supervision
  • Attend trainings to expand knowledge and professional growth, and promote and integrate the agency mission, values, and philosophy
  • Perform administrative responsibilities, including record keeping, time sheets, and financial record keeping
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in psychology, social work, clinical counseling, or a related field
  • Licensed eligible in the state of MA (LSCW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADCI)
  • Current and valid drivers license
  • Massachusetts CANS certification, preferred
