Job Summary

The CAR-FRESHNER Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in assisting with various projects, including new product and fragrance development, communications, product and packaging design, tradeshows, and market analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting project requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments to achieve project goals.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market, our brand, products, and competition to contribute to project success.
  • Assist in product development, including concept generation, design, testing, and launch preparation.
  • Analyze market data to inform project decisions and provide recommendations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, both verbally and in written reports.
  • Oversee the tradeshow booth program, coordinating logistics with Sales and Logistics teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimal travel required (less than 5%).
