Job Description
">We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Substitute Paraprofessional to join our team. As a key member of our educational support staff, you will work closely with teachers to create a learning environment that motivates students to participate and thrive.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist teachers in planning and presenting activities to students">
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom/playground environment">
- Monitor student behavior and provide emotional support as needed">
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, teachers, and staff">
Requirements & Qualifications

- A valid California Driver's License">
- A High School Diploma or equivalent">
- Possession of an Instructional Aide Certificate (preferable)">
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates (preferable)">
- A strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing">
- Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, and good judgment in dealing with people">
