Responsibilities- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience throughout their dental journey.
- Conduct thorough reviews of patient health histories to provide quality care and ensure accurate treatment planning.
- Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments using advanced technology, such as iTero 3D scanners and digital photography.
- Provide superior chairside assistance to supported dentists during a wide range of procedures, adhering to state dental practice acts and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
- Utilize Dentrix software for patient scheduling and record-keeping, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare treatment rooms with strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Manage supply and inventory levels, ordering and expediting supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with providers and team members to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize office workflow, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
