Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide top-quality care to our diverse community in Rockaway/Bushwick, Brooklyn. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals of all ages regain their independence and improve their quality of life through personalized therapy plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team. A valid New York state license as an Occupational Therapist and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
  • Monitor and track patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapy goals, home exercises, and strategies for optimal outcomes.
