Mental Health Therapist - MST Program

PermiaCare is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our MST Program team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide evidence-based intensive family and community-based treatment for at-risk youth with intensive needs and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct MST assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Engage primary caregivers and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment
  • Implement the MST Analytic Process and maintain clear and concise documentation
  • Provide direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with MST principles and practices
  • Participate in MST training, supervision, consultation, and development activities

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field
  • Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
