Mains'l is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers in Oroville. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with various abilities and limitations, helping them live a meaningful and fulfilled life based on their goals and aspirations.

• Provide support and services to individuals with mental health concerns and developmental limitations in their homes and communities.
• Assist with personal care, cooking, cleaning, medication administration, and support of positive behavior.
• Collaborate with individuals and colleagues to problem-solve and create a positive and inclusive culture.
• Document daily activities and progress accurately.
• Support individuals in their homes and communities, promoting independence and autonomy.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background check through the Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI check if applicable.
• Safe and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance, if applicable.
• Ability to pass a driving record check, if applicable.
• TB (Tuberculosis) Skin Test.
• Physical, if applicable.
