Nurse Specialist Labor and Delivery

Join Veracity as a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse and contribute to the well-being of mothers and newborns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and compassion. Your expertise will be invaluable in our 20-bed Labor and Delivery unit, where you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:

* Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
* Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
* Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
* Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
* Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team

Required Skills:

* RN Labor and Delivery
* Traveler RN Labor and Delivery
* Certifications & Clearance Requirements:

* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
* Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
