About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist / Lane Host to join our team at Bowlero Corp. As a Receptionist/Lane Host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and providing exceptional service.

A competitive salary of $15-$18 per hour is available, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the waitlist and track availability
  • Assign lanes, shoes, and other equipment as needed
  • Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
  • Promptly notify mechanics of any pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
  • Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
  • Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (optional)
  • Proven success in school/previous job experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Must meet minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
