Work Schedule- Department: Cardiovascular Short Stay
- Schedule: Fulltime, with shifts from evening to early morning, including weekends and holidays as per departmental rotation.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse will:
- Deliver professional nursing care in alignment with established clinical standards.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to establish and achieve mutual health goals.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patient health responses to various conditions.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust nursing care plans based on patient progress.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Ensure effective pain management practices are implemented and documented.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed staff based on clinical judgment.
- Perform other duties as required to support patient care and organizational objectives.
Candidates must possess:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Advanced Life Support certification from a recognized provider.
- Basic Life Support certification.
Education Requirements:
- An Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of six months of experience in cardiology or telemetry monitoring is preferred.
Additional experience in pre/post-procedure care and cardiac management is advantageous.
