Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

BCT-LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing programmatic oversight for the development and delivery of cloud-enabled analytics and site storage necessary to enable the continuum of foreign intelligence and cyber defense missions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide programmatic oversight for the development and delivery of cloud-enabled analytics and site storage.
  • Support the PMO Leadership with acquisition, business, financial, and programmatic planning, reporting, documentation, and execution.
  • Collect and translate technical requirements into business, contractual, and programmatic terms.
  • Track and report risks, and generate robust financial forecasts.
  • Define and document program requirements and specifications.
  • Create, maintain, and review program/project schedules.
  • Develop acquisition documentation, such as Operational Capabilities Statements (OCS), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Track program/project metrics for delivery of Key Performance Parameters.
Requirements:
  • Twenty (20) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
