We are seeking a skilled School Psychologist to join our team in Westford, Massachusetts. This is a full-time W2 contract position with a competitive hourly compensation rate.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree or higher in School Psychology and active State licensure in Massachusetts as a School Psychologist. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the individual will work closely with educators, parents, and administrators to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educational staff to implement effective strategies that promote academic and personal growth.
  • Provide counseling and guidance to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges, fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing valuable insights to the special education process.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active State licensure in Massachusetts as a School Psychologist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
