We are seeking adjunct faculty to teach in our ICF ACTP accredited Professional and Executive leadership program and MAOL within our Department of Organizational Leadership and Management.
Job SummaryAs an adjunct faculty member, you will create a charismatic and professional learning environment for students of diverse learning backgrounds. You will be responsible for teaching 1 or 2 courses each semester on an "as needed" basis.
Responsibilities- Teach courses at the Romeoville (Main), Oak Brook, and/or Albuquerque campuses.
- Be available to teach during the evening or online (synchronously online at a set time each week 6-9pm central time).
- Prepare course materials, syllabus, and update Blackboard course shells.
- Participate in required University and College activities, trainings, and certifications.
- Provide support and guidance to students.
- Cooperate with department chairs or other program faculty to assure quality and consistency across the program.
- Doctoral degree in a leadership related field (leadership, organization development, I/O psychology).
- Current International Coach Federation certification (PCC or MCC preferred).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility in class scheduling.
- Familiarity with the ICF competencies.
- ICF assessment experience preferred but not required.
