Server Assistant

As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our residents and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking food orders, communicating with the kitchen, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring resident and guest satisfaction by responding quickly to their needs and requests. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, and to actively bus and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Take food orders and communicate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery
* Deliver food and beverages to residents and guests in a friendly and efficient manner
* Ensure resident and guest satisfaction by responding quickly to their needs and requests
* Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
* Actively bus and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work

**Requirements:**

* No experience is necessary, although previous food service experience is preferred
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
* Basic computer skills for POS system and payroll system
* Ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems
* Positive and friendly demeanor towards residents and co-workers
