Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment by conducting regular safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, and adhering to company steel standard guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels by properly zoning the sales floor, stocking and arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, and sanitation standards are followed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly wage range: $15.00 to $22.00.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
