We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Cornerstone Hospitality on Hilton Head Island. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our hotel premises.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet our brand standards.
- Coordinate special guest requests and communicate with relevant team members.
- Manage and allocate deep cleaning tasks to team members.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
- Assist with training of new hires to ensure they meet our standards.
- Manage the organization of carts at the end of shift.
- Represent the needs of the housekeeping team to other hotel departments.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Available to work as scheduled, including weekends.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 and a weekly pay schedule. This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, including days and weekends. If you are a motivated and experienced housekeeping professional, we encourage you to apply.
